Have you ever experienced this?

You’re on a hot streak,

You haven’t missed a single workout,

You complete all your projects on time,

You almost feel like Tony Montana, ready to conquer the world…

But then, the inevitable happens…

You get sick :(

You’re too sick to go to the gym, so you stay at home.

You can’t even think straight, so you don’t work on your projects.

One day passes…

One week passes…

And just like that…

YOU’VE LOST ALL MOMENTUM.

Now imagine a rocket going out to space…

(Like this bad boy for example)

To get the rocket off the ground takes enormous effort & resources.

But once it has gained momentum, it doesn’t require even 1/10th of the initial effort to keep it going.

The same applies to your life!

And that’s why:

YOU SHOULD WORKOUT EVEN WHEN YOU’RE SICK!

Now hear me out…

If you’re almost dying, don’t go! (Obviously)

But if you’re not dying…

Go workout!

Just go through the motions.

Do the bare minimum…

As The Rock once said:

And if the bare minimum feels like too much?

Pack your bag, put on your shoes, go to the gym and go home again.

(No joke!)
