Hey friend,

Let me ask you something:

How often do you hit the snooze button?

How often do you find yourself scrambling to get ready for work in the morning?

If you're like most people, you've probably struggled with your morning routine at some point.

But what if there was a way to create a morning routine that would actually stick?

In this email, I'm going to share some tips on how to create a morning routine that will help you start your day off on the right foot.

THE IMPORTANCE.

♟️ The Importance of a Morning Routine

A morning routine can be a powerful tool for self-improvement.

It can help you to:

  • Be more productive

  • Feel more energized

  • Be more focused

  • Be more positive

  • Be more successful

Why is a morning routine so important?

There are a few reasons why a morning routine is so important.

First, it gives you a sense of structure and purpose.

When you have a morning routine, you know exactly what you need to do to get your day started.

This can help you to feel more in control of your life.

Second, a morning routine can help you to be more productive.

When you start your day with a sense of accomplishment, you're more likely to carry that momentum throughout the day.

Third, a morning routine can be a great way to reduce stress.

When you take some time for yourself in the morning, you're giving yourself a chance to relax and recharge before your day even begins.

YOUR MORNING ROUTINE.

🛠️ How to create a morning routine that will stick

Here are a few tips on how to create a morning routine that will actually stick:

1. Start small.

Don't try to overhaul your entire morning routine overnight.

Start with one or two small changes that you can make easily.

2. Be consistent.

The key to making any habit stick is consistency.

Try to stick to your morning routine as much as possible, even on weekends.

3. Make it enjoyable.

Your morning routine should be something that you look forward to, not something that you dread.

Choose activities that you enjoy and that make you feel good.

4. Be flexible.

Things don't always go according to plan.

Be prepared to be flexible with your morning routine when necessary.

5. Reward yourself.

When you stick to your morning routine, reward yourself for your hard work.

This will help you to stay motivated.

Here is an example of a morning routine that you can try:

6:00 AM - Wake up and make your bed
6:15 AM - Drink a glass of water
6:30 AM - Go for a walk or do some yoga
7:00 AM - Eat a healthy breakfast
7:30 AM - Get ready for work

Here are a few additional tips for creating a morning routine that will stick:

Find a time that works for you. Some people are morning people, while others prefer to sleep in a little later. Experiment with different times to find what works best for you.

Create a comfortable environment. Make sure your bedroom is clean and inviting. This will make it easier to get out of bed in the morning.

Put your phone away. Checking your phone first thing in the morning can be a major distraction. Put your phone away and focus on your morning routine instead.

Don't hit the snooze button. When your alarm goes off, get out of bed right away. Hitting the snooze button will only make you feel tired.

Start with a positive affirmation. This will help you to set the tone for the day.

Do something you enjoy. Whether it's reading, listening to music, or spending time with loved ones, make sure to include something you enjoy in your morning routine.

Remember, your morning routine is about you.

So make it something that you enjoy and that helps you to feel your best.

THAT’S A WRAP!
